Custom Home Building Process

Step 1

Meet

We start by listening to your thoughts, ideas, and what is important to you in your custom home build. We ask questions and seek to clarify and understand exactly what you want in your home. Clear understanding will allow us to work together and create a custom home that not only meets your needs, but exceeds them…
Step 2

budget

Establishing a budget is key. “How much does it cost to build per square foot” seems like an easy question and answer, but it is not. The cost to build per square foot is affected by many factors; such as, square footage, rancher or two-story, aesthetics, location, interior / exterior finishings, etc., which varies in every home build. Establishing a budget allows us to work together to design and build your custom home on budget.
Step 3

design

Whether you bring your plans to us or use ours, each home is designed and built with you and your needs in mind. We have numerous plans to choose from, each can be changed to meet your needs and wants. If you prefer a specific kitchen design, bathroom design, want to add a bonus room, a basement, or simply make the home larger we can accommodate it all. We provide everything you need to make your home how you want it…
Step 4

financing

We establish the cost breakdown building contract. If you are obtaining financing, these documents will be required by your lender. We are approved builders and work with a numerous lenders who can offer a variety of financing options to meet your needs. Typically, in the form of a construction loan…
Step 5

permits

We submit any and all building permits required. In addition, depending on location we assure your home plans meet all requirements of the CC&R’s and obtain the necessary approvals from any and all Architectural Review Committees.
Step 6

schedule

We establish a construction schedule. You will be able to see the step by step time frame of building your home from excavation, foundation, framing, to final touch up.
Step 7

build

Now what we have been waiting for, we build… We personally work with you every step of the way in order to provide the very best building experience possible. We don’t cut corners, we listen to what you want, we pay attention to details, and we get it done in a timely manner. Home warranty

Once your new beautiful home has been completed we do not stop there. On every home that we build we also offer a home warranty to help give you peace of mind.
